TEFA gives all of them the same tool: parent-directed funding of up to $30,000 per year for a child with a documented disability, usable for consistent 1-on-1 tutoring that stays stable even when a school assignment or duty station changes.

Yes. TEFA is a Texas program available to eligible Texas residents, and it operates independently of military family support programs — many JBSA families use both. Because our tutoring is online, sessions continue uninterrupted through a move anywhere within Texas.
