You don't need to wait for your new district's ARD meeting — if your child already has qualifying documentation (an IEP from a prior Texas district, a verified out-of-state IEP, or the Comptroller's Disability Certification Form signed by a qualified licensed professional), TEFA funding and tutoring can proceed while the school transition catches up.
